Step 3: Confirm Your Booking with a Deposit Invoice
After the call, we’ll send a deposit invoice based on the details you’ve provided, like dates, trip length, and group size. Once your deposit is paid, the planning begins!

Step 4: We Curate & Book Your Dream Itinerary
We’ll build a fully customized, day-by-day mobile itinerary filled with hand-picked meals, activities, nightlife, and experiences tailored to your group. Whether it’s a quick getaway or a week-long celebration, we’ll handle all the bookings and logistics so you don’t have to lift a finger.

You’ll receive your personalized itinerary 7-10 business days after paying your deposit invoice.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 702.509.4464 or email hello@ bachstrat.com. For Full-Service Itinerary Planning deposits are non-refundable. If you need to move your services to a new date, you may do so with no fee, subject to availability.
