Effortless Online Booking

Choose Your Package Select your desired package and set up date and time. After completing your booking, you'll receive an email with a questionnaire to fill out. This helps us understand your theme, bride's preferences, and color scheme.
Confirm Details The day before your event, we’ll confirm the address and check-in instructions for Airbnb. For hotels, please coordinate with the front desk to leave a key for us or we can arrange a meeting place at the hotel.
Relax and Enjoy Sit back and relax! We'll handle the setup, secure the Airbnb or hotel room, and notify you via text once everything is ready. Enjoy your perfectly planned celebration!

Commonly Asked Questions

How Early Should I Book?
We recommend booking as soon as you secure your Airbnb. Most clients book 4-6 months in advance to ensure their preferred theme and time slot are available.

What If I Don’t Have the Airbnb Address Yet?
No worries! Submit your request and write "TBD" in the address field. Include a link to your Airbnb listing so we can confirm it's within our service area.

What If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. For Mini and Wow Décor Packages, cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of the total amount. Cancellations made within two weeks or less of the event will receive a 50% refund. For Custom Parties, cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, while cancellations within two weeks or less are non-refundable. If you need to move your services to a new date, you may do so with no fee, subject to availability.
